“I’ve worked with Mauricio most recently through our rainwater catchment rebate program, through which he assisted us with the Spanish translation of a lengthy, technical manual developed through the Qualified Water Efficient Landscapers Program. The task required both extensive technical knowledge of the subject material and fluency in Spanish, which is difficult combination to find. Previously, RCD staff collaborated with Mauricio on several design projects.
