PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Project Manager + Brand Developer‍ ‍

September 2024 - Present

Rivera Consulting, Antioch, California , Cuatro Ciénegas, Mexico & Santa Tecla, El Salvador

My practice sits at the intersection of engineering, ecology, and community. I foster long-term relationships with farmers, landowners, and conservation groups for land planning, watershed design, and landscape systems that actually get built, maintained, and owned locally. That means running the hydrology, laying out land use, testing for failure points in the field, and making sure the solution survives without me there. I’m also in the research phase for a family-led regenerative cacao brand in El Salvador, focused on production models that center water, soil, and collective governance.
